It is very important to use the right products

Michael Kors Handbags, Cheap Mihchael Kors Anti-aging Skin Care From The Inside Out – Diet MattersMany of you have written requesting more articles about the proper diet for the best skin. I’ve been writing a lot about skin care products lately, however, as you know from previous articles I’ve written, if you don’t care for the inside then what you apply to the outside won’t work as well. So today in response to the many requests I’ve had on this subject I will gladly give you what you asked for.
Anti-Aging Diet for your Skin:
It is very important to use the right products “ON” your skin, but you can significantly boost just how much they can do for you by taking care of what you “FEED” your skin. You can actually look younger by and take years off your appearance by paying attention to what you put in your mouth.
An antioxidant rich diet does protect your body from the aging effects of free radicals which cause oxidation. Free radicals are really just nasty little atoms that become unstable due to environmental factors we cannot control or things we do to ourselves which we can control like smoking, drinking alcohol etc. The instability causes the atom to use your body to search for a way to balance itself. This process changes your cells’ DNA which includes your body’s largest organ….your skin. Oxidation and inflammation from this process are the biggest causes of the aging process of your skin.
If you are a regular reader I’ve already pounded into your head the benefits of eating an antioxidant rich diet. Here are some foods to include in your diet and why:
Water: Daah, this one “should” be obvious right? You’d be surprised how many of us are dehydrated and don’t even know it. Waiting until your thirsty before drinking water means you are already dehydrated. Not enough water will cause your skin to look dry and sallow.
Tomatoes: The Lycopene in tomatoes can actually inhibit sun induced aging, as well as neutralize free radicals.
Nuts: Only a handful each day will give you what you need. Nuts are loaded with “good” fat which helps to plump your skin. Just be careful not to eat too many or they will plump your butt too.
Wine: Yippee, a reason to drink wine. The resveratrol found in red wine is great for your skin. Only one glass though, about 4oz.
Salmon: The omega-3′s in salmon along with the protein help build stronger skin tissue and will help keep your skin moist.
Berries: The antioxidants found in berries repair and rebuild your skin from the inside out.
Broccoli: Quercetin is another powerful antioxidant that is found in broccoli which is a natural anti- inflammatory.
Green Tea: Packs a punch. Have 4 to 6 cups a day which increase cell activity and aid in cell turnover rate.
Of course these are just a few of the foods you should include in your diet every day. In order to get enough of the foods you do need in your diet it should leave little room for the things you should not be eating anyway. So load up on the good stuff and you’ll be too full to eat the bad stuff. Have a wonderful, healthy, antioxidant rich day! Michael Kors Outlet
